Add Bot to Your Channel
Join via API - Get the Chat Bot Badge! (Recommended)
What's the difference? When you authenticate with OAuth, the bot gets the official Chat Bot Badge in your channel and appears under "Chat Bots" in your viewer list. This is Twitch's way of recognizing legitimate bots.
Note: You will need to make the bot moderator in your channel to avoid any rate limit issues.
Alternative: Manual Join (Basic Features)
- Join MrsMalvic's chat (embedded at the bottom)
- Join MrsMalvic's chat (embedded on the right)
- Type
?joinin the chat - The bot will confirm it has joined your channel
- You can now use all commands in your chat!
How to Remove the Bot
- Join MrsMalvic's or your own chat
- Type
?leavein the chat - The bot will confirm it has left your channel
Important Note
By default, the bot commands only work in channels where the stream is offline. Use the ?enableonline command under system commands to enable commands during live streams.
